要高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入学习贯彻习近平总书记对山东工作和视察东营重要指示要求,全面落实党中央决策部署,锚定“走在前列、全面开创”“三个走在前”,聚焦落实省委“六个一”发展思路,“六个更加注重”策略方法,“十二个着力”重点任务,坚持稳中求进工作总基调,坚持以人民为中心,深入落实黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略,做足做好东营特色文章,聚力推动高质量发展,促进共同富裕,不断开创高水平现代化强市建设新局面。

We should hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, follow the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and requirements on Shandong's work and those made during his inspection in Dongying. We will fully implement the decisions and instructions of the CPC Central Committee, adhere to the principles of “walk in the forefront, pioneering in an all-round way" and "take the lead in three respects". We will focus on implementing the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee's development concept of "six ones", strategies of "greater emphasis on six aspects" and key tasks of "twelve focuses". We will stick to the general principle of seeking progress while ensuring stability and the people-centered philosophy. We will thoroughly implement the major national strategy for ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin. We will highlight the special advantages of Dongying and focus on promoting high-quality development and common prosperity.
