深埋底抽巷炮掘水间隔装药结构与炮眼布置优化

There are usually some issues such as short single-cycle footage and over-excavation of the excavation face in the construction of rock tunnel drilling and blasting method. Taking 14206 working face bottom pumping roadway of Zhaojiazhai Mine as the engineering background,a series of numerical simulations were therefore carried out to analyze the rock breakage characteristics of different charging structures based on the effective stress,vibration velocity,rock damage,and blasting effect of tunneling face. The results showed that the breaking radius of full-length charge and water-separated columnar uncoupled charge was the same as 60 cm. The evolution of rock failure caused by two kinds of hole spacing was analyzed,and the numerical simulation results indicated that the space of internal cutting hole and caving hole should be less than the effective crushing radius of explosive. Field test results showed that the optimized charging structure could increase the hole utilization rate to 90% and the penetration depth increased from 1.5 m to 1.8 m,which resulted in overall charge volume decreasing by 5%.
