近年来，青岛高新区以市场主体满意度为导向，针对在建项目积极探索“快捷建”服务，持续提升企业获得感、满意度。为做好项目服务保障工作，“快捷建”服务专班梳理职责内服务职能，优化工作流程，业务受理清单更新为24项。线上，同步在青岛高新区政府网站更新“快捷建”专栏；线下，在行政审批大厅窗口设置“快捷建”在建项目服务指南，多渠道实现政企信息互联互通。下一步，青岛高新区建设部将持续打造一流营商环境，推动园区高质量发展。

In recent years, Qingdao High-Tech Zone, oriented to the satisfaction of market players, has been actively carrying out the “Fast Construction” service for projects under construction to enhance the satisfaction of enterprises. In order to serve the projects, the “Fast Construction” team has sorted out the service functions within its responsibilities, optimized the workflow and updated the business list to 24 items. Online, the “Fast Construction” column has been set up on the zone’s official website; offline, “Fast Construction” guide service has been set up in administrative approval hall to achieve communications between government and enterprises in multi-channel. Next, the Construction Department of the zone will keep building a first-class business environment and promoting the high-quality development of the zone.
