为了让企业尽快享受到惠企政策，青岛高新区以企业创新积分为参考，分类别、分层次精准施策。按照“成熟一批、拨付一批”原则，第一时间为企业送达政策福利，联合税务、行政审批等职能部门获取企业相关数据，最大程度简化企业申报材料，探索“免申即享”的兑现方式，减轻企业申报负担。2022年主园区拨付高新区级科技资金超2.3亿元，惠及企业788家次。

In order to benefit enterprises, Qingdao High-tech Zone takes targeted measures in different categories and levels according to enterprise innovation points. In accordance with the principle of “appropriating funds upon qualifying”, the zone simplifies enterprise declaration materials to the greatest extent by obtaining data from related departments, and explores the way of “attaining polices without applications, to deliver policies to enterprises without delay. In 2022, the zone appropriated sci-tech funds of over 230 million yuan, benefiting 788 enterprises.
